When I die, scatter my ashes in a place with a big sky.

Lupine blooming in an area known as the "Bald Hills" (about an hour from home)

    1. This is a wonderful place to visit---and, typical of our area---there are so few people. . . which is nice, too. Looking at this photo makes me take a deep, calming breath.

  2. Just beautiful!! Incredible shot! It reminds me a little of pictures that I have seen of Ireland, although I don't think the sky is that blue there :)

    1. Well, Christine, it was simply THAT KIND OF DAY. My little point-and-shoot camera nor I take credit. ;-)

Oh, Ireland. . . Maybe one day I will visit there!

  3. Chris, there is a place near my home with a similar view (but you have better clouds). I loved it so much I painted it last year. Maybe I should re-paint it; may I use your clouds?

Here's hoping that scattering does not tale place for a long long time.
